Proven leadership ability to manage competing priorities, under strict deadlines, while maintaining a high-level of attention to detail. Desired Requirements: Supervisory/management experience. Expert knowledge of the IC and its components, missions, and interrelationships, including the ability to lead broad-based teams regarding key IC issues. Previous experience briefing senior IC leadership, OMB, and Congressional staffers. The Policy & Capabilities (PC) Directorate ensures the IC is best postured for the threats and challenges of an uncertain future, through strategy, policy, and capabilities development. PC is comprised of the Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) and Policy Strategy and Accountability (PSA) Office.
