Das Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig ist eine
seit 1997 bestehende privatwirtschaftliche Kultureinrichtung, die
Gastronomie und Varietékunst miteinander verbindet. Es werden 100
Restaurantplätze, 50 Plätze im Salon „Fridel Hönisch" und 180
Theaterplätze im Varietésaal unterhalten. Mit den aller drei Monaten wechselnden internationalen Varietéshows begeistert das Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig weit über die Stadtgrenzen Leipzigs hinaus seine Gäste.

Seit 2002 veranstaltet das Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig die extravagante Dinnershow GANS GANZ ANDERS
im historischen Spiegelpalast in der Leipziger Innenstadt. Im weltweit
größten Spiegelpalast präsentiert das Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig
Top-Acts der internationalen Artistik, Schauspiel, Live-Musik und Tanz.
Auf zwei Etagen des Spiegelpalastes wird ein exklusives 4-Gänge-Menü
serviert.

Seit 2011 betreibt das Krystallpalast Varieté ebenfalls die VINETA auf dem Störmthaler See als außergewöhnlichen Veranstaltungsort im Leipziger Neuseenland.

Aufgaben

• Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (ca. 30 Clients, 2 Server, Netzwerk, Peripherie)
• Betreuung der Windows-Serverlandschaft (Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, Benutzerverwaltung, Datensicherung)
• Einrichtung, Pflege und Support der Arbeitsplatzrechner (Windows-Clients), Drucker, mobilen Endgeräte
• Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit (Firewall, Virenschutz, Patchmanagement, Backup-Strategien)
• Betreuung und technische Überwachung der Gastronomie-Kassensysteme
• First- und Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende aller Abteilungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (z. B. für Netzwerk, Kassensysteme, Telefonie)
• Dokumentation der IT-Systeme und Prozesse
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Infrastrukturprojekten

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Server- und Client-Umgebungen
• Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik (LAN/WLAN, Switches, Routing, VPN)
• Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit und Backup-Konzepten
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Kassensystemen oder Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung
• Freude an der Arbeit in einem kreativen, interdisziplinären Umfeld
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten (Abenddienste, Wochenende)
