Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Plattformen und Unternehmenssystemen
• Pflege, Strukturierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von IT-Daten (z. B. Systemlandschaften, Applikationen, Schnittstellen)
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität, Transparenz und Dokumentation innerhalb der IT-Systeme
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Enterprise Architecture Strukturen (z. B. mit Tools wie LeanIX)
• Analyse und Dokumentation von IT-Landschaften, Anwendungen und deren Abhängigkeiten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams und Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Datenstrukturen
• Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Prozessen und Governance-Themen im IT-Umfeld
• Vorbereitung von Reports, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Stakeholder
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und digitalen Strukturen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssystemen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in IT-Administration, Plattformbetrieb oder im Umgang mit Unternehmenssystemen
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit LeanIX oder ähnlichen Tools im Enterprise Architecture Management
• Starkes Interesse an Datenqualität, Dokumentation und strukturiertem Arbeiten
• Grundverständnis von IT-Landschaften, Applikationen und Schnittstellen
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit IT- und Business-Stakeholdern
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit IT-Dokumentations- oder Governance-Systemen
