Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. You must have experience performing a MAJORITY of the following duties: Conducting and participating in studies to provide data on a program operations; Analyzing data from analytical studies and make recommendations to improve operating programs and initiatives; Presenting briefings on findings from analytical studies and their recommendations for program or policy improvement; Providing guidance and insight about analytical processes and policies to other analysts within the department with less experience.
