SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY (GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT)

In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, designing, coordinating all facilities construction and repair projects; and managing a multi-million dollar construction program, ensuring life-cycle facility management through requirements determinations, cost estimating, programming, environmental permitting, site approval, design, contract award, construction, quality assurance, resolution of warranty issues, maintenance, and eventual demolition.
