About This Role

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT: NON-CRITICAL SENSITIVE (requiring Secret). This position is designated as a NON-CRITICAL SENSITIVE National Security position. Prior to appointment (Entrance on Duty), it requires a fully completed and favorably adjudicated National Security Background Investigation that is current (within the last 5 years). Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): AD-00: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal Government or other equivalent pay systems. Specialized experience includes: Experience analyzing and managing financial risk within a large credit portfolio, including the evaluation of credit exposure, concentration risk, and potential loss scenarios. Experience leading the development or application of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess portfolio performance, forecast credit losses, or evaluate financial risk trends. Experience supervising or leading a team responsible for financial or credit risk analysis and applying expert judgment to resolve complex financial or operational issues. Experience advising senior leadership on financial risk exposure, portfolio performance, and the implications of policy or operational decisions on portfolio health. Education cannot be substituted for experience at the AD-00 grade level.
