KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of and skill in applying laws and regulations governing accounting, travel pay, disbursing/collecting, resource management, debt management, system administration and the management internal control program. 2. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with and gain the cooperation of various levels of management within the federal and/or private sector. 3. Knowledge of budget and procurement regulations and practices. 4. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization. 5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 6. Knowledge of Labor-Management guidelines and agreements. 7. Knowledge of personnel, EEO, safety and security regulations, practices and procedures. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work.
