SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and reviewing financial policies and guidance to recommend proper course of action on an issue to support funds fidelity and elevating complex issues for further guidance as needed; 2) Assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty; 3) Holding employees accountable for their assigned work, and administrative tasks; 4) Devising solutions to problems by developing and or modifying accounting or budgetary methods and techniques; and 5) Ability to leverage financial systems and data analysis to produce reliable information for decision making or answer questions.
