SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST, CHIEF OF CONTRACTING, NF-04

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Qualified candidates will possess at least one year of work experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level to include: 1. Extensive experience in applying acquisition laws, contract principles, statues, Executive Orders, regulations and/or procedures applicable to pre-award and post award actions 2. Experience in procuring and administering contracts for a wide variety of supplies, services, and construction. 3. Experience leading, teaching, and mentoring others. 4. Must have experience creating and delivering formal written and oral presentations to various levels (i.e., writing complex acquisition plans, statements of work, solicitations, contracts and supporting documentation; conducting proposal conferences, site visits, evaluation panels, and debriefings). Preferred candidates will possess a bachelor's degree which included a minimum of 24 semester hours of business courses, Certified Professional Contracts Manager, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level II/II in contracting or other applicable professional certification.
