Als studentische Hilfskraft im Bereich Presse & Content (m/w/d) mit bis zu 20 Wochenstunden bist du nah dran: an Projekten, an Menschen und an echten Geschichten. Du unterstützt unsere Pressesprecherin und Content-Redaktion und entwickelst eigenständig Inhalte, die intern wie extern gesehen werden. Kurz gesagt: Du gehst raus, sammelst Eindrücke – und machst daraus starken Content.

Deine Aufgaben

Content Creation & Social Media

• Du entwickelst eigenständig Beiträge für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (z. B. Instagram, LinkedIn, Intranet)
• Du bereitest Themen zielgruppengerecht auf – als Text, Bild oder Video
• Du unterstützt bei der Redaktionsplanung und sorgt für eine kontinuierliche Bespielung
• Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst Formate sowie Storytelling-Ansätze weiter

Vor-Ort-Content-Produktion

• Du begleitest Veranstaltungen, Projekte und Termine vor Ort
• Du erstellst eigenständig Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
• Du bearbeitest dein Material (Schnitt, Auswahl, Optimierung) zu publish-ready Content
• Du sammelst aktiv Stories, O-Töne und Eindrücke für authentische Beiträge

Presse- & Redaktionsunterstützung

• Du unterstützt unsere Pressesprecherin im Tagesgeschäft
• Du wirkst bei Pressemitteilungen, Artikeln und internen Formaten mit
• Du recherchierst Themen und bereitest Inhalte strukturiert auf
• Du hilfst beim Aufbau und der Pflege unserer Content-Bibliothek

Allgemeine Unterstützung

• Du unterstützt bei Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
• Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen
• Du übernimmst organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Team Markt & Kommunikation

Dein Profil

• Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und Freude am Schreiben
• Begeisterung für Social Media, Content Creation und moderne Kommunikation
• Erste Erfahrung in Foto- und Videoproduktion (inkl. Bearbeitung) von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Tools wie Canva, Adobe, CapCut o. Ä. sind ein Plus
• Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für relevante Themen und Zielgruppen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft, auch bei Veranstaltungen vor Ort im Einsatz zu sein
