About This Role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Developing contract documents (i.e. drawings, specifications, cost estimates) for FSC Type II construction and service contracts, and to include Indefinite Quantity Work Statements for Private Contractors; (2) Using job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet; (3) Producing scopes of work, independent government estimates, and reviewing contractor's proposals for accuracy; (4) Preparing Task Orders, Contract Modifications, and Task Order Modifications for FSC construction and service firm fixed price and indefinite delivery contracts and (5) Visiting work sites to collect data pertaining to the scope of work, determining the amount and type of labor and material required and maintaining a complete material and engineering data file to include contract and material procurement information, frequently used federal specifications, price index of materials and available vendors, contractors, and manufacturers.
