EIN SPANNENDES AUFGABENFELD

In dieser Rolle des/der Softwaretesters:in bist Du Teil unserer Qualitätssicherung und übernimmst eine zentrale Aufgabe bei der Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem manuellen Testen: Du führst bestehende Testszenarien durch, entwickelst neue Testfälle und passt diese kontinuierlich an neue Anforderungen an. Dabei sorgst Du für eine strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Testabdeckung unserer Anwendungen.

Ein Teil Deines Aufgabenbereichs ist die enge Mitarbeit in einem agilen Scrum-Team. Dort begleitest Du die Entwicklung neuer Features aus Testsicht, überprüfst implementierte Funktionalitäten und leitest eigenständig Testfälle aus User Stories und fachlichen Anforderungen ab. Im Rahmen des Test-Driven Development (TDD) wirkst Du außerdem daran mit, frühzeitig passende Testszenarien zu definieren und zu etablieren.

Darüber hinaus arbeitest Du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer QS-Prozesse mit. Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, Dich im Bereich der Testautomatisierung weiterzuentwickeln, insbesondere im Umfeld von UI-Tests.

Qualifikation

DAS ERWARTEN WIR VON DIR

• Erste Erfahrung im Software Testing, idealerweise im manuellen Testen
• Fähigkeit, Testszenarien und Testfälle eigenständig aus User Stories und Anforderungen abzuleiten und zu erstellen
• Strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests
• Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse, idealerweise im agilen Umfeld (Scrum)
• Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil sind außerdem:

• Kenntnisse in der Testautomatisierung, insbesondere im Bereich UI-Tests (z. B. Playwright)
• Erfahrung mit GitLab
• Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
• Erfahrung im explorativen Testen
