In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie sowohl Aufgaben im 2nd-Level-Support als auch im Software Testing. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung, der Projektleitung sowie unseren Vertriebspartnern und Kunden zusammen - und gestalten aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

Support & Beratung (50 %):

    • Sie betreuen unsere Dynamics CRM Kunden im 2nd-Level-Support
    • Sie analysieren technische Probleme, finden Lösungen im Team und fungieren als technischer Ansprechpartner/in
    • Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit der Entwicklung und dem Produktmanagement ab, um nachhaltige Problemlösungen sicherzustellen
    • Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Support- und QS-Prozesse ein

Software Testing & Qualitätssicherung (50 %):

    • Sie erstellen und führen Testszenarien basierend auf Anforderungen und Spezifikationen durch
    • Sie testen neue und bestehende Features im Dynamics Umfeld
    • Sie bewerten Testergebnisse, dokumentieren sauber und liefern entscheidende Impulse zur Verbesserung unserer Softwarequalität
    • Sie arbeiten eng mit allen Schnittstellen zusammen, um eine hohe Produktqualität sicherzustellen

Qualifikation

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
    • Berufserfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support und/oder Software Testing
    • Kenntnisse in einer der folgenden Technologien:
      - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
      - Cloud- und Infrastrukturtechnologien
      - Microsoft Copilot
      - Datenbanken (vorzugsweise Microsoft SQL-Server)
    • Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch gute Kenntnisse
