Aufgaben

• Strategischer Lead: Du entwickelst ganzheitliche Social-Media-Routen, die emotional berühren und strategisch fundiert sind.
• Kundenberatung auf Augenhöhe: Du führst unsere Kund:innen sicher durch komplexe Entscheidungsprozesse und erklärst ihnen mit Leidenschaft, warum dein strategischer Weg zum Erfolg führt.
• Insights: Du tauchst tief in Zielgruppen ein, erkennst kulturelle Nuancen und findest Wachstums-Storys, die wirklich performen.
• Creative-Konzeption: Du erstellst Hypothesen für iterative Tests und stellst sicher, dass jedes Asset auf die Markenkerne einzahlt.
• Impact-Maximierung: Du definierst Erfolg über Brand-Lift und Incrementality und machst den Wert von Branding durch sauberes Reporting transparent.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre tiefgehende Praxis in der strategischen Planung von Social-Media-Auftritten mit.
• Strategie-Profi: Du beherrschst das Handwerk blind und willst dein Wissen jetzt auf höchstem Niveau anwenden.
• Analytische Tiefe: Dashboards sind für dich die Basis für kluge, unternehmerische Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Kreatives Mindset: Du denkst in Kampagnen-Logiken und hast ein Auge für exzellentes Design und Copywriting.
