Als Werkstudent:in Social Media unterstützt du uns als kreativer Kopf dabei, Trends auf TikTok und Instagram aufzuspüren und in coolen Content zu verwandeln. Du hast Spaß daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen, Reels zu schneiden und als Stimme unserer Brand direkt mit der Community zu interagieren. Unser Team besteht aus rund 60 Kolleg:innen im Premium-Skincare-Bereich – engagiert, unterstützend und mit viel Leidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Creative Brain & Concept: Du bist unser kreativer Kopf im Team. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir Content-Formate, Serien und Aktionen für TikTok, Instagram & Co.

• Trend-Recherche: Du lebst Social Media und weißt vor allen anderen, welcher Sound morgen trendet. Du übersetzt Skincare-Trends in viralen Content und hast ein Gespür für das nächste große Ding.

• Competitor Edge & Insights: Du hast den Markt im Blick. Durch deine Analyse von Mitbewerbern und Trends lieferst du die entscheidenden Impulse, um unsere Strategie immer einen Schritt voraus zu halten.

• Kampagnen-Support: Von der ersten Brainstorming-Session bis zur finalen Umsetzung – du bist bei unseren Kampagnen mittendrin und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Vision lebendig wird.

• Content Production: Du hast ein sicheres Auge für Ästhetik. Eigenständig produzierst du Stories und Reels, die unsere Tonalität perfekt treffen und unsere Brand visuell auf das nächste Level heben.

• Post-Production & Editing: Du übernimmst das Video-Editing (z. B. in CapCut) und verpasst unseren Inhalten durch professionelle Nachbearbeitung den letzten Schliff.

• Community Management: Du bist die Stimme unserer Brand. Du interagierst mit unseren Followern, moderierst Kommentare und baust eine echte Bindung zu unserer Community auf.

Qualifikation

• Personality over Experience: Du brennst für Social Media und Skincare. Dein Mindset zählt für uns mehr als ein lückenloser Lebenslauf – wir suchen jemanden mit Drive, Mut zu neuen Ideen und einer "Hands-on"-Mentalität.
• Current Student: Du steckst aktuell mitten in deinem Studium (BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang).
• Social Media Pro: TikTok, Instagram und Reels sind dein zweites Zuhause. Du verbringst dort nicht nur Zeit, sondern verstehst die Mechanismen hinter viralem Content und erfolgreichem Community-Building.
• Creative Vibe: Du hast ein natürliches Gespür für Ästhetik, Design und Trends. Du weißt, wie man Content produziert, der nicht nur gut aussieht, sondern eine Geschichte erzählt.
• Tool-Affinity: Erste Erfahrungen mit Editing-Tools wie CapCut oder Adobe Premiere sind ein Plus – wichtiger ist uns aber dein Wille, zum Profi-Editor zu werden.
