Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

Content Creation & Campaigning

• Du machst unsere Vision sichtbar: Du entwickelst kreative Konzepte für Posts, Reels und Stories – passend zu Kampagnen, Produkt-Launches und aktuellen Trends.
• Du setzt Content um: Ob mit dem Smartphone oder im Team – du bist nah dran, produzierst Content schnell und zielgruppenorientiert.
• Du bringst Geschichten auf den Punkt: Du verwandelst wissenschaftliche Inhalte in emotionale, verständliche Storys – mit der richtigen Balance aus Science und Lifestyle.

Community & Netzwerk

• Du bist die Stimme unserer Marke: Du betreust unsere Community aktiv und authentisch, beantwortest Kommentare & DMs und baust echte Bindung auf.
• Du erkennst Potenziale: Du identifizierst passende Creator:innen und Trendsetter:innen, die unsere Werte teilen – und knüpfst Kontakte für mögliche Kooperationen.
• Du hältst den Austausch lebendig: Du bringst dich in unsere Radiant Rewards Community ein und entwickelst Formate, um treue Kund:innen langfristig zu aktivieren.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media – idealerweise im Beauty-, Lifestyle- oder Health-Umfeld

• Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für Ästhetik, Sprache und Timing – dein Content ist nicht nur hübsch, sondern hat Wirkung
• Du kennst dich mit Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co. aus und weißt, wie organisches Wachstum funktioniert
• Du bist kreativ, eigeninitiativ und trotzdem strukturiert – du kannst Ideen entwickeln und umsetzen
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kannst aber auch solo Verantwortung übernehmen
• Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du fließend – schriftlich wie mündlich
