Einen kreativen und engagierten Social Media Manager (m/w/d), der unser dynamisches Team unterstützt und unsere Markenpräsenz weiter ausbaut.

• Als Teil unseres Marketing-Teams bist du für das Performance Management aller Social-Media-Kanäle einschließlich des Aufbaus neuer Kanäle verantwortlich
• Du planst und realisierst die Produktion und das Design von ansprechendem Content (Bilder, Videos, Texte) für verschiedene Plattformen eigenständig
• Den produzierten Content bearbeitest und veröffentlichst du auf den jeweiligen Kanälen
• Neue Trends und Technologien im Social Media identifizierst und beobachtest du stetig
• Du erstellst selbstständig regelmäßige Reportings, um den Erfolg unserer Kampagnen zu messen und um operative Anpassungen vorzunehmen
• Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit deinen Kollegen aus Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung, um eine konsistente Markenbotschaft über alle Ebenen hinweg sicherzustellen
• Du pflegst unsere Beziehungen zu Influencern sowie Kooperationspartnern und baust diese weiter aus, um die Reichweite unserer Marke zu erhöhen

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium
• Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position vorzugsweise im Handelsumfeld
• In der Social Media Welt fühlst du dich zu Hause und arbeitest mit Inhalten, die viele Klicks bringen
• Die Zielgruppe ist dir vertraut und du identifizierst dich mit unseren Produkten
• Du zeigst dich versiert im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite und Google Analytics
• Du bist leidenschaftlich kreativ und hast Erfahrungen mit der Produktion von Text-, Bild- und Videocontent für Social Media
• Kommunikation und Organisation gehören zu deinen Stärken
• Du kannst Dich für neue Ideen begeistern & hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
