Du bist das Gesicht von Alpurial auf Social Media – kreativ, nah dran an der Pferdewelt und nah dran an unserem Team. Du entwickelst und produzierst Content, managst unsere Community und baust mit deinen Inhalten eine starke, authentische Markenpräsenz rund um Pferde, Natürlichkeit und modernes Ergänzungsfutter auf.

Aufgaben

• Du planst, produzierst und veröffentlicht Social‑Media‑Content von A–Z – Foto, Video, Reels, Stories, Posts
• Du erstellst deine Inhalte im Stall oder direkt hier im Büro: Dreh, Schneiden, Ton und Inszenierung liegen bei dir
• Du entwickelst kreative Formate für Instagram, TikTok und weitere relevante Kanäle der Pferdewelt
• Du pflegst unsere Community aktiv: beantwortest Kommentare, Nachrichten und Interaktionen authentisch und empathisch
• Du beobachtest Trends, leitest passende Ideen ab und bringst deine eigenen Formatideen ein
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, E‑Commerce und Sponsoring zusammen, um Produkte, Kampagnen und Veranstaltungen sichtbar zu machen
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling, Markenstil und eine ansprechende, visuell ansprechende Feed‑Ästhetik
• Du analysierst Performance‑Daten und nutzt Learnings, um deine Strategie kontinuierlich zu optimieren

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Social‑Media‑Management und in der eigenständigen Content Creation
• Sicherer Umgang mit Instagram, idealerweise auch mit TikTok oder ähnlichen Video‑Plattformen
• Freude an Video‑Inhalten, Kameraarbeit und kreativem Storytelling
• Ein echtes Interesse an Pferden und der Pferdewelt
• Fähigkeit, in einem kleinen, dynamischen Team zu agieren und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Ergebnisse
• Bereitschaft, die Content‑Produktion vor Ort zu stemmen
