Mit flachen Hierarchien, direkter Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und jeder Menge kreativer Freiheit betreuen wir mit deiner Hilfe den Social-Media-Auftritt unserer zwei ULC-Marken in Bremen: ULC Fitness Company und ULC Sportsdome.

Unser gemeinsames Ziel: beide Clubs stark, sichtbar und authentisch nach außen zu präsentieren – und dabei stetig zu wachsen. Dafür suchen wir dich!

Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst eigenständig die Betreuung der Social-Media-Accounts von ULC Fitness Company und ULC Sportsdome.
• Du produzierst pro Kampagnenphase jeweils Werbevideos pro Club – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Schnitt.
• Du planst feste Drehtage in beiden Studios und koordinierst dich dabei eng mit den Clubmanagern der Fitness Company und des Sportsdomes.
• Du bindest bei Bedarf Mitarbeitende vor Ort ein, die bereits Kameraerfahrung mitbringen, und leitest sie bei Drehs an.
• Du drehst Reels, Stories und Beiträge, die beide Marken authentisch und modern präsentieren.
• Du bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein und entwickelst den Social-Media-Auftritt beider Clubs kontinuierlich weiter.

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein gutes Auge für Bildsprache und Storytelling.
• Du kennst dich auf Instagram aus und weißt, was trendet.
• Du bist zuverlässig, eigenständig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
• Du kannst dich selbst organisieren, Drehtage planen und Ansprechpartner vor Ort koordinieren.
• Du hast im besten Fall erste Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung (z. B. über eigene Projekte, Schule/Uni oder andere Jobs).
• Du hast die Möglichkeit, dich flexibel innerhalb von Bremen zu bewegen.
