Deine Rolle im Team:

Du hast Lust, Social Media nicht nur umzusetzen, sondern wirklich zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln? Gleichzeitig arbeitest Du gerne im Team und bringst Dich auch darüber hinaus im Marketing ein?

In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du nach Deiner Einarbeitung die Verantwortung für unseren Social-Media-Auftritt und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein. Du entwickelst Formate, setzt Content um und gestaltest, wie wir als Marke nach außen auftreten.

Gleichzeitig bist Du Teil unseres Marketing-Alltags und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Online-Präsenz weiter auszubauen: abwechslungsreich, kreativ und praxisnah.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, von der Ideenfindung über Planung und Produktion bis zur Veröffentlichung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Ideen sowie Mitarbeit an Redaktionsplanung und Content-Konzeption
• Eigenständige Planung, Dreh und Schnitt von Kurzvideos (Reels, TikToks etc.)
• Beobachtung von Trends sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Inhalte
• Unterstützung bei weiteren Marketingmaßnahmen (z. B. Website, Kampagnen, Immobilien-Veröffentlichung)
• Perspektivisch Übernahme eigener kleinerer Projekte im Marketing

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Eine Ausbildung/ ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder relevante praktische Erfahrung im Marketing / Social Media Bereich
• Ein gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends und Plattformlogiken
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Video-Content (Konzept, Dreh und Schnitt)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Canva, CapCut, Adobe oder vergleichbar
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Motivation, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
• Kreativität und ein gutes Verständnis für Markenkommunikation
