Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst spannende Projekte im Bereich Social Media Advertising und Strategie und bringst deine Expertise in die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Paid- und Organic-Social Media Strategien ein
• Du gestaltest, planst, steuerst und optimierst Paid Social Media Kampagnen auf den gängigsten Plattformen (Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, uvm.)
• Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Social Media Strategien für unsere Kund:innen und trägst so aktiv zum Erfolg ihrer Marken bei
• Du definierst Zielgruppen, segmentierst Werbeansprachen und entwickelst passende Kampagnen
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für A/B-Tests und die kontinuierliche Performance-Optimierung der Ads
• Du analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse, leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und bereitest diese in aussagekräftigen Reportings für Team und Kund:innen auf
• Du berätst unsere Kund:innen strategisch zu sinnvollen Paid- und Organic-Social-Media-Ansätzen und entwickelst gemeinsam Lösungen
• Du bist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle im Team, wenn es um fachliche Fragen zu Social Media geht und arbeitest mit uns an kreativen Konzepten und Ausschreibungen

Qualifikation

• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Paid Social Media Advertising

• Du kennst die gängigsten Social Media Plattformen (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn) und deren Werbeanzeigenmanager in- und auswendig und setzt komplexe Kampagnen um, außerdem hast idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit weiteren Social Media Plattformen wie Snapchat, Reddit und XING
• Du hast bereits erfolgreich Social Media Strategien und Paid-Ads-Kampagnen entwickelt und umgesetzt, auf Unternehmens- oder/und auch auf Agenturseite
• Du bist ein kreativer Kopf mit datengetreibenem Denken und leitest aus Performance-Daten konkrete Optimierungspotentiale ab
• Du gehst sicher mit Zahlen, Kampagnendaten und Reportings um
• Du verstehst es, komplexe Themen verständlich zu kommunizieren und berätst das Team sowie Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe
• Du beobachtest Trends und Entwicklungen im Social Media Bereich aufmerksam und bringst neue Impulse in deine Arbeit ein Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, strukturiert und besitzt einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
• Du bringst Deutschkenntnisse mindestens im Kompetenzniveau C1
