Ihre Aufgaben

• Projektteam-Coaching und Durchführung von Einzelcoachings zur Förderung von Scrum-Praktiken und Selbstorganisation
• Beratung des Product Owners zur Backlog-Hygiene sowie zur Einhaltung von Kommunikations- und Meetingregeln
• Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen sowie Eskalation ungelöster Impediments im Scaled Daily
• Moderation von Scrum-Events im Projektteam wie Daily Scrum, Retrospektive, Backlog Refinement und Sprint Planning
• Vorbereitung und Moderation von skalierten Terminen wie Product Line Weekly, Scaled Daily und Scaled Retrospektiven
• Planung und Durchführung von Onsite-Workshops wie Hackathons und Release Plannings
• Aktive Beratung zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams und Nachverfolgung von Kaizen-Items
• Unterstützung bei der Definition, Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Scrum-basierten Prozessen wie Definition of Ready und Definition of Done
• Sicherstellung der Skalierung und Stabilisierung des agilen Settings im Produkt-Cluster
• Administration von Azure DevOps im Bereich Work Management
• Projektspezifische Beratung des PMO beim User Access Management für Teams und beim Onboarding-Prozess
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Zusammenarbeit und Koordination zwischen verschiedenen Scrum-Projektteams für einen nahtlosen Ablauf
• Verwaltung geteilter Kalender und Postfächer sowie Umsetzung von Kommunikationskonzepten in MS Teams
• Nachverfolgung der Status von projektteamübergreifenden Backlogitems

Muss-Anforderungen

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master
• Erfahrung mit Scrum@Scale
• Technische Affinität bzw. Erfahrung (z. B. Hintergrund in Informatik)

Kann-Anforderungen

• Zertifizierung als Scrum Master (z. B. Certified Scrum Master, PSM I oder Registered Scrum Master)
• Zertifizierung als Scrum@Scale Practitioner
• Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur oder Softwareentwicklung

Der Projektzeitraum ist vom 01.06.2026 bis 31.12.2026 mit einem geplanten Volumen von 116 Leistungstagen angesetzt. Die Tätigkeit findet zu 90% remote und zu 10% vor Ort in Berlin bzw. Neuenhagen statt. Eine optionale Verlängerung ist vorgesehen.
