Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unserer Produktlinien im Bereich Brokerproducts (Haftpflicht, Hausrat, Unfall und Mietkaution) und entwickelst sie mit einem klaren Blick für Wachstum, Kundennutzen und Innovation weiter.
• Du bringst Kolleg:innen aus Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Claims und Operations zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen richtig starke Versicherungslösungen werden.
• Du begleitest deine Produktlinie von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung und findest immer wieder neue Wege, sie noch besser, einfacher und erfolgreicher zu machen.
• Du tauchst tief in die Bedürfnisse unserer Vertriebspartner und ihrer Kund:innen ein und entwickelst daraus Angebote, die echten Mehrwert schaffen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und übersetzt Marktfeedback, Business Ziele und Kundenbedürfnisse in konkrete Produktentscheidungen.
• Du bringst eine agile, unternehmerische Haltung mit, probierst Dinge aus und lernst schnell aus Feedback

Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld, idealerweise im Produktmanagement, und bringst ein gutes Gespür für Versicherungsprodukte, Märkte und Kund:innen mit.
• Du hast schon Verantwortung übernommen, zum Beispiel für ein Team, ein wichtiges Thema oder eine Produktlinie, und weißt, wie man Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele gewinnt.
• Du kommunizierst klar, offen und auf Augenhöhe auf Deutsch und Englisch und kannst unterschiedliche Perspektiven gut zusammenbringen.
• Du arbeitest gern eigenständig, denkst ein paar Schritte voraus und hast Freude daran, langfristige Ziele im Alltag konkret voranzubringen.
• Du kannst komplexe Themen gut strukturieren, Analysen verständlich machen und Entscheidungen mit einem Mix aus Daten, Erfahrung und gesundem Pragmatismus treffen.
• Du hast Lust, in einem 8 Jahre alten Insurtech mitzugestalten, Dinge zu hinterfragen und gemeinsam mit einem diversen Team Versicherung einfacher und besser zu machen.
