Als Product Designer bei Bonify übernimmst du Verantwortung für zentrale Produkterlebnisse und gestaltest aktiv, wie Menschen ihre Finanzen verstehen und steuern.

Du arbeitest in einem kollaborativen, schnell agierenden Team und verantwortest den gesamten Designprozess – von der Problemdefinition bis zum Launch wirkungsvoller Features für Web und Mobile.

Zudem gestaltest du KI-gestützte Funktionen, die Nutzer:innen dabei helfen, bessere finanzielle Entscheidungen zu treffen – klarer, persönlicher und selbstbewusster.

Your tasks

• Du verantwortest den End-to-End-Designprozess für zentrale Produktbereiche – von der Discovery bis zur Umsetzung
• Du entwickelst intuitive und skalierbare UX-Lösungen für mobile Apps und Web-Plattformen
• Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Designsystems in Figma mit (inkl. Komponenten, Tokens und wiederverwendbarer Muster)
• Du arbeitest mit modernen Tools wie Figma MCP sowie KI-gestützten Workflows, um Design- und Kollaborationsprozesse zu verbessern
• Du entwickelst mehrere Lösungsansätze für komplexe Probleme und arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, um die beste Option zu identifizieren
• Du bringst eine strategische Perspektive in Produktfragestellungen ein und verbindest Nutzerbedürfnisse, Business-Ziele und technische Anforderungen
• Du arbeitest eng mit Product, Engineering und Data zusammen, um nutzerzentrierte und wirkungsvolle Ergebnisse zu liefern
• Du trägst aktiv zu einer offenen Feedbackkultur bei, in der Ideen gemeinsam weiterentwickelt werden
• Du unterstützt und begleitest UX-Experimente, A/B-Tests und kontinuierliche Produktverbesserungen
• Du bringst dich in die Produkt-Discovery und -Ausrichtung ein – nicht nur in die Umsetzung
• Du stärkst unsere Designkultur durch Wissensaustausch, Feedback und Unterstützung im Team

Requirements

• Erfahrung im FinTech-Bereich oder in regulierten Umfeldern ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• 4–6+ Jahre Erfahrung als Product Designer / UX Designer im Bereich digitaler Produkte (B2C erforderlich)
• Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung nutzerzentrierter digitaler Produkte
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Figma und Designsystemen (z. B. Komponenten, Auto Layout etc.)
• Vertrautheit mit modernen Design-Workflows, Kollaborationsmodellen, Design Ops oder Tools wie Figma MCP ist ein Plus
• Interesse an oder Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Designprozessen
• Strategisches Denken – du verstehst, wie Designentscheidungen die Produktstrategie, Business-Ergebnisse und den Nutzerwert beeinflussen
• Eine neugierige und explorative Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
• Teamorientierung, Offenheit für Feedback und eine kooperative, egoarme Arbeitsweise
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifend zu arbeiten
• Ein gutes Gleichgewicht aus UX-Kompetenz, visuellem Design und Produktverständnis
• Deutsch (C1/C2 oder muttersprachlich) und Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
