    • Als Senior Performance Marketing Manager verantwortest du Paid Social Accounts für unterschiedliche Brands und steuerst 6- bis 7-stellige Werbebudgets mit klarem Fokus auf profitables Wachstum
    • Du denkst Performance entlang des gesamten Funnels – von der ersten Ad Impression bis zum Purchase – und entwickelst datengetriebene Strategien zur Skalierung von Umsatz, ROAS und Co.
    • Du konzipierst, steuerst und optimierst Kampagnen auf Meta und TikTok und entwickelst Setups, die sowohl kurzfristige Performance als auch langfristige Skalierbarkeit sicherstellen
    • Du analysierst tiefgehend Kampagnen-, Funnel- und Shop-Daten (z. B. Conversion Rates, CAC, MER) und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Creatives, Targeting und Budgetverteilung ab
    • Du erstellst Reportings mit Hilfe von Tools wie DatAds, analysierst die Daten und leitest die richtigen Handlungen ab
    • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kunden zusammen, berätst sie auf Augenhöhe zu Performance-, Tracking- und eCommerce-Themen und präsentierst Strategien sowie datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen souverän in Meetings
    • In enger Abstimmung mit dem Creative Team entwickelst du hypotheses-driven Briefings und stellst sicher, dass Creatives gezielt auf Performance-Ziele und Funnel-Stages einzahlen
    • Iteration ist dein Daily Business: Du testest systematisch neue Ansätze, skalierst Gewinner und entwickelst bestehende Strategien kontinuierlich weiter – immer basierend auf Daten und klaren KPIs
