Bis heute wurde das Thema People direkt durch die Founder geführt. Mit unserem Wachstum bauen wir diese Funktion nun erstmals strategisch und operativ intern auf.

Die Rolle

Du übernimmst Ownership über alles, was People bei VARM bedeutet – von operativer Exzellenz bis zur strategischen Mitgestaltung.

Du steigst in einer frühen Phase ein und gestaltest die People-Funktion gemeinsam mit den Foundern von Grund auf.

Dafür bekommst Du:

• direkten Zugang zur Founder-Ebene,
• echten Gestaltungsspielraum
• und die Möglichkeit, eine moderne, skalierbare People-Funktion aufzubauen.

In den ersten Monaten liegt der Fokus insbesondere auf:

• stabilen und skalierbaren People Ops,
• dem Aufbau von Inhouse-Recruiting
• sowie der Schaffung erster People-Strukturen für weiteres Wachstum.

Aufgaben

Was Dich erwartet

• Du baust die People-Funktion bei VARM erstmals intern mit auf – gemeinsam mit den Foundern und mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum
• Du verantwortest unsere People Ops end-to-end: Verträge, Onboarding, Payroll-Vorbereitung, Dokumentation und Prozesse
• Du holst Recruiting Schritt für Schritt von extern nach intern und übernimmst aktiv Hiring für zentrale Rollen
• Du entwickelst erste skalierbare People-Strukturen rund um Performance, Feedback, Compensation und Benefits
• Du begleitest organisatorische Veränderungen pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und arbeitsrechtlich sauber
• Du arbeitest eng mit externen Partnern für Payroll und Arbeitsrecht zusammen
• Du bewegst Dich in einem Umfeld mit hoher Geschwindigkeit, viel Eigenverantwortung und direkter Kommunikation
• Du bekommst die Chance, eine moderne People-Organisation von Grund auf mitzugestalten

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringst

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen People-Rolle – z. B. als People Partner, HRBP, People Lead oder People Manager – idealerweise im Startup- oder Scaleup-Umfeld
• Erfahrung darin, Prozesse und Strukturen selbst aufzubauen – nicht nur bestehende Systeme zu verwalten
• Hands-on-Erfahrung in People Ops: Payroll-Vorbereitung, Verträge, Onboarding und Dokumentation sind Dir vertraut
• Affinität zu AI und modernen Tools und die Bereitschaft, diese aktiv in deine tägliche Arbeit zu integrieren
• Solides Wissen im deutschen Arbeitsrecht
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
