Für den Bereich Compensation & Benefits suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die nicht nur Prozesse versteht, sondern sie aktiv gestaltet.

Sie übernehmen die strategische und operative Verantwortung für alle Compensation & Benefits-Themen und entwickeln diese zukunftsorientiert weiter. Als zentrale Schnittstelle gestalten Sie die Vergütungslandschaft des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

Strategische Entwicklung:

    • Konzeption und Implementierung unternehmensweiter Gehaltsbänder
    • Aufbau und Einführung eines systematischen Grading-Systems
    • Analyse und Bewertung der aktuellen Tarifbindung
    • Vereinheitlichung der Gehaltsstrukturen über alle Standorte

Benefits & Prozesse:

    • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Benefits-Landschaft
    • Optimierung und Automatisierung der Benefits-Abwicklung
    • Management der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
    • Digitalisierung von Compensation-Prozessen in Personio

Analyse & Controlling:

    • Durchführung regelmäßiger Gehaltsanalysen
    • Erstellung von Vergütungsreports und Marktvergleichen
    • Nutzung von Datenanalyse-Tools für fundierte Entscheidungen

Qualifikation

    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Compensation & Benefits, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gehaltsbändern, Grading-Systemen und Tarifrecht
    • Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke
    • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
    • Analytische Kompetenz und Affinität zu HR-Systemen (Personio von Vorteil)
