Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung komplexer Colocation-, Rechenzentrumsprojekte, IT-Outsourcing-, Transition – von der Planung und Strukturierung über das Risikomanagement bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
• Umfassende Projektplanung inklusive aktivem Controlling, Ressourcen-, Meilenstein- und Stakeholder-management sowie Erstellung von realistischen und ganzheitlichen Projektplänen
• Souveräne Kommunikation, transparentes Reporting und Abstimmung auf C-Level, Leitung von Management-Meetings und effektives Eskalationsmanagement

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte und in der fachlichen Führung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -standards (Zertifizierung wie PMI, PMP oder GPM Level C+ von Vorteil), sowie der Analyse von Verträgen
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung und proaktives Handeln, in Verbindung mit Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösungskompetenz, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Starke analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Aufgaben, Kreativität sowie Kundenorientierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools
• Technisches Verständnis durch Admin-Erfahrung oder Homelab-Projekte
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
