Bei MALUU entwickeln wir hochwertige Geschenk-, Home- und Papeterieprodukte mit handgemalten Aquarellmotiven – von der ersten Skizze bis zum fertigen Produkt. Um unsere Markenpräsenz konsistent weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir eine/n routinierte/n Grafikdesigner/in (m/w/d), der/die unser Team mit fundiertem Know-how unterstützt und Aufgaben präzise nach unseren Designvorgaben sowie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung umsetzt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Gestaltung und Überarbeitung unseres halbjährlich erscheinenden Printkatalogs, inkl. Fotomaterial aus unserem Fotostudio
• Gestaltung weiterer Printwerbemittel (Flyer, Plakate, Broschüren, Anzeigen etc.) gemäß unseren Designrichtlinien
• Erstellung von Grafiken, Bannern, Posts, Mock-ups etc. für Social Media und unsere Website
• Design und Anpassung von Produktverpackungen (Banderolen, Etiketten, Sticker etc.)
• Freistellen und Farbbearbeitungen von Bildmotiven in Photoshop
• Unterstützung in der Produktentwicklung (Herstellersuche, Musterbestellungen und Kommunikation) in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
• Mitarbeit auf unseren Fachmessen

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in den Bereichen Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung o.ä.
• Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich gesammelt
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud (insbesondere InDesign, Illustrator und Photoshop)
• Du bist sicher in der Erstellung druckfähiger Printmedien und weboptimierter Bildformate
• Du hast Freude daran, Aufgaben zuverlässig, strukturiert und präzise nach Anleitung umzusetzen
• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Gestaltung, Typografie und Bildsprache sowie einen hohen Anspruch an Details
• Du bist zuverlässig, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Fotografie und Video Editing sind ein Plus
• Du bringst eine Reisebereitschaft für unsere Fachmessen mit
