Wir suchen ab sofort einen/ eine (Senior) Grafikdesigner:in / Mediengestalter:in (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Creative Ads für die Social Media Kanäle unserer Kunden
• Aus dem Bildmaterial der Kunden, in Ergänzung mit Stock- und generative AI zauberst du knackige und präzise Ads, die auf den Sozialen Kanälen überzeugen
• Die Gestaltung von Präsentationen sowie das Entwerfen von Dokumentenvorlagen und Templates gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Fotoshootings sowie die anschließende Bildbearbeitung
• Zusammen sind wir kreativer: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Growth Marketing Team treibst du kreative Projekte voran
• Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, uns in den Bereichen Motion Design, 3D oder Webdesign zu unterstützen und hier Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Qualifikation

• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kreativbereich mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld oder im Bereich Social Media
• Du bist kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch und hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Kunden und dem Team
• Kreativität ist deine Passion, ästhetisches Bewusstsein dein Talent und Trends verfolgst du mit Begeisterung. Dabei zeichnet dich eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise aus, die dir hilft, Designs und Projekte effizient umzusetzen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud sowie Figma zeichnen dich aus
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Fotografie: Technisches Know-how sowie die Fähigkeit, kreative Produktshootings zu konzipieren und umzusetzen, gehören zu deinen Stärken
• Optimalerweise bist du vertraut mit Social Media Advertising und hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Performance Marketing
