Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Du arbeitest in Beratungs- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten bei Kunden wie AXA, BMW, der Deutschen Bahn und ZDF

• Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Softwarelösungen, in dem du AI-Methoden und Tools im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess anwendest (z.B. LLMs, agentische Frameworks, Codegenerierung und Testautomatisierung)

• Du berätst zur Architektur komplexer Frontend-Anwendungen und zu Technologien, Modulen und Frameworks

• Du führst Code Reviews durch, bewertest Teststrategien (z. B. Unit-, Integration-, E2E-Tests) und sorgst für eine hohe Softwarequalität

• Du konzipierst mit den Kunden die UX/UI, um intuitive, ansprechende und barrierefreie Benutzeroberflächen zu entwickeln

• Beispielprojekte findest du unter Success-Stories

Das zeichnet dich aus:

• Du hast ein Studium der (Medien-)Informatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Disziplin erfolgreich abgeschlossen

• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in agilen Frontend-Projekten mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), sowie in modernen Build-Tools (z. B. Vite, Webpack, Rollup)

• Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung im Konzipieren und Umsetzen skalierbarer State-Management-Lösungen (z. B. Redux, Zustand, RxJS, NgRx/Vuex) und sorgst für effiziente Datenflüsse

• Du bist in der Lage, kleinere Backend-Anpassungen (Java, Kotlin, Python) eigenständig durchzuführen und bringst Grundkenntnisse in DevOps (z. B. Docker) mit

• Du handelst proaktiv, pragmatisch und teamorientiert

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1 Level)
