Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für EHS & Qualität am Standort inkl. Reporting an die Standortleitung
• Sicherstellung von Compliance (Gesetze, interne Standards, ISO)
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des QEHS-Teams (~15 MA)
• Zentrale Ansprechperson für Gefahrgut inkl. Audit-Begleitung
• Steuerung von Audits und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
• KPI-Analyse, Maßnahmenableitung & Stärkung der Safety-Kultur durch Trainings und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im EHS/QEHS-Umfeld, idealerweise in Logistik, Automotive oder Produktion
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Gefahrgutmanagement (praktische Erfahrung von Vorteil)
• Erfahrung mit Audits (Begleitung oder Durchführung)
• Sicher im Umgang mit ISO-Standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Erste Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, den nächsten Schritt zu gehen
• Hands-on, pragmatische Arbeitsweise sowie klare Kommunikation in einem dynamischen Umfeld
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. C1 Niveau, Englisch mind. B2 Niveau
