Aufgaben

• Architektur & Pipeline-Design: Du konzipierst, baust und optimierst skalierbare Datenpipelines und moderne Datenplattformen im Cloud-Umfeld (u. a. mit STACKIT).
• Produktentwicklung mit Impact: Du gestaltest die Daten-Infrastruktur für unsere internen Vorzeigeprodukte aktiv mit – von der Echtzeit-Lageerkennung im BOS-Sektor (X-PLORE) bis zur smarten Datenverarbeitung im Wald (TimberNex).
• Kundenprojekte auf Top-Niveau: Du unterstützt spannende Kunden, unter anderem aus der Logistikbranche, bei komplexen Datenintegrationen und herausfordernden IT-Projekten.
• Modern Tooling & Streaming: Du verknüpfst Systeme über Service Busse und Message Queues, transformierst Daten mit dbt sowie Talend und machst sie in Exasol performant nutzbar.
• Data Excellence: Du etablierst hohe Standards für Data Governance und Data Quality, damit unsere Daten jederzeit verlässlich, sicher und compliance-konform sind.
• Innovation & AI: Du experimentierst mit LLMs und integrierst KI-gestützte Workflows in unsere Datenstrukturen.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du bist erfahrener Senior Data Engineer (m/w/d) mit einem tiefen Verständnis für moderne Datenarchitekturen.
• Tech Stack: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie dbt, Talend und relationalen/analytischen Datenbanken (idealerweise Exasol).
• Cloud & Integration: Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit Cloud-Infrastrukturen (idealerweise STACKIT oder vergleichbaren europäischen/globalen Clouds) sowie mit Event-Driven-Architectures (Message Queues / Service Bus).
• Qualitätsbewusstsein: Data Governance und Data Quality sind für dich keine Buzzwords, sondern gelebte Praxis im Software-Lebenszyklus.
• Mindset & Vibe Coding: Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu neuen Technologien. Du weißt, wie man KI-Tools (LLMs) effizient im Entwicklungsalltag einsetzt, und hast Lust auf „Vibe Coding“ – das smarte, KI-gestützte Prototypen und Entwickeln, bei dem der Fokus auf Konzept, Architektur und Speed liegt.
• Arbeitsweise: Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Lust auf Teamarbeit in Kayhude (flexibel vor Ort oder im hybriden Modell).
• > Nice to have: Du hast Benzin im Blut oder zumindest keine Angst vor Matsch und Offroad-Gelände, wenn wir unsere Produkte im Feld testen.
