Deine Position

• Du entwickelst und pflegst skalierbare Datenmodelle in unserem Data Warehouse und sorgst mit Tools wie BigQuery und SQLMesh für eine zuverlässige Datenbasis
• Du übersetzt operative KPIs und Geschäftsanforderungen in intuitive Google-Looker-Dashboards und treibst den Ausbau des Data Self-Service im Operations-Bereich voran
• Du verantwortest End-to-End-BI-Projekte – von Ad-hoc-Analysen und neuen KPI-Konzepten bis hin zu strategischen Data- und Analytics-Initiativen
• Du stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher, etablierst Best Practices im Bereich Data Governance und setzt automatisierte Datenchecks sowie Versionskontrolle ein
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Operations-Teams zusammen, berätst Stakeholder datengetrieben und übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung deiner Projekte

Dein Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, z. B. in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse großer Datenmengen
• Erfahrung mit BI- und Visualisierungstools, idealerweise Looker; Tableau oder vergleichbare Tools
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Data Modelling, Datenarchitekturen und ETL-Prozessen
• Erfahrung in einem Operations-/Operations-Analytics-Umfeld und in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen (Start-up, Scale-up oder Tech-Umfeld)
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in verständliche Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
