Aufgaben

• Als Inhouse Consultant siehst du dich als Verbindung zwischen dem Fachbereich und der IT und steuerst neue Anforderungen gesamtheitlich im Sinne einer E2E-Prozesssicht aus.
• Du berätst die Fachbereiche sowie interne Organisationseinheiten bei der Definition von IT-technischen Anforderungen im Kontext des Vertragsmanagements sowie der Nebenkostenabrechnung in SAP RE-FX, konzipierst diese und setzt sie anschließend eigenverantwortlich um.
• Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten für die Integration und Optimierung unserer Vertrags- und Mieter-Prozesse.
• Du koordinierst und leistest Expert-Support (3rd und 2nd Level) für das Modul RE-FX bzw. neue FIORI-Lösungen für unsere Geschäftsprozesse und deren kontinuierliche Optimierung.

Qualifikation

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
• Mehrjährige SAP-Beratungs- und Projektmanagementerfahrung im Bereich RE-FX sowie sehr gute Prozesskenntnisse im Immobilienmanagement
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Problemlösungskompetenz im SAP-Modul RE-FX inkl. Customizing, Korrespondenzlösungen, erster FIORI-Anwendungen und technischer Schnittstellen als Grundlage der Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
• Agiles Mindset, Teamgeist, Kreativität und Spaß an projektbezogener Arbeit
• Exzellente Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue komplexe Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
