Aufgaben
- Eigenständiger Aufbau und Entwicklung neuer Clientbeziehungen, von der ersten Ansprache bis zum unterschriebenen Mandat
- Verantwortung für eine eigene Pipeline: Leads identifizieren, qualifizieren und konvertieren
- Steuerung mehrerer Mandanten und Suchprozesse parallel, mit vollem Fokus auf Qualität und Geschwindigkeit
- Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidern in führenden Tech- und Consulting-Unternehmen
- Zenon als strategischen Partner positionieren, nicht als Dienstleister, sondern als Trusted Advisor
- Identifikation, Beratung und Platzierung von High-Potential-Kandidaten im SAP- und Tech-Umfeld
- Strukturiertes Mentoring und Coaching von Consultants im Team
- Bestandsaccounts ausbauen und strategisch weiterentwickeln
Qualifikation
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Personalberatung.
- Track Record im Business Development: du weißt wie man neue Clients akquiriert und Beziehungen aufbaut, die halten
- Erfahrung im Executive Search oder der Vermittlung von Spezialisten im Tech- oder Consulting-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Souveräner Umgang mit Entscheidern auf Senior-Level, auf Augenhöhe, nicht auf Dienstleistermodus
- Eigeninitiative und Biss: du brauchst keine Struktur von außen um Ergebnisse zu liefern
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
