Aufgaben

Unsere Mission ist die Digitalisierung Deutschlands - und dazu suchen wir laufend erfahrene Cloud & DevOps Engineers!
Du arbeitest aktiv in Projektteams und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung ihrer sicheren, skalierbaren und zukunftsfähigen Cloud-Strategie.

• Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Ableitung tragfähiger technischer Lösungsansätze
• Konzeption, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung moderner Cloud- und Plattform-Architekturen mit Fokus auf Kubernetes im Private-Cloud Kontext, sowie bei ausgewählten Public-Cloud-Providern (z.B. AWS, Azure, GCP, STACKIT, IONOS)
• Architektur und Design von skalierbaren, sicheren und wartbaren Systemlandschaften
• Aufbau und Betrieb von Container-Plattformen basierend auf Kubernetes
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Automatismen, wie CI/CD Pipelines für Builds, Test sowie Release-Zyklen, z. B. mit GitLab, ArgoCD oder Azure DevOps
• Konzeption und Implementierung von Infrastructure as Code und Configuration Management (z. B. Terraform, Ansible)
• Analyse und Bewertung bestehender Architekturen sowie Präsentation von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Coaching von Teammitgliedern in Cloud- und Plattform-Themen
• Mitarbeit an ARES-internen Projekten

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in der IT
• Erfahrung in der technischen Beratung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cloud-Native Technologien und im Plattform Engineering, insbesondere in Private Cloud- oder hybriden Umgebungen
• Exzellente Kenntnisse im Kubernetes-Ökosystem
• Umfassende Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Cloud- und Plattform-Architekturen (IaaS/PaaS)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Public-Cloud-Plattformen (z.B. AWS, Azure, GCP, STACKIT)
• Einschlägige Erfahrung im DevOps-Umfeld
• IT-Security ist für dich gelebter Alltag
• Du bist selbstständig, kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team
• Du bist motiviert, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (im Schnitt max. 3 Tage/Monat)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ1 oder SÜ2) nach SÜG
