Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Analysten zur Unterstützung eines Großprojekts im Bereich der Modernisierung der Kernbanklösung und der Erweiterung des Data Warehouses im Förderbankenumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt der Rolle liegt in der Schnittstellenanalyse, dem Anforderungsmanagement sowie dem Customizing von SAP-Modulen, insbesondere im Bereich sAFI.

Ihre Aufgaben

• IT-Analyse von fachlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Identifikation der Auswirkungen auf operative und dispositive IT-Systeme
• Erarbeitung fundierter Handlungsoptionen bei komplexen Problemstellungen inklusive Risiko- und Auswirkungsanalyse
• Erstellung von Lösungsoptionen, Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
• Abbildung und Analyse von Programmkrediten und Sicherheiten in SAP FRDP
• Anforderungsmanagement durch Erfassung und Aufbereitung funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen mittels Workshops, Design Thinking oder User Stories
• Strukturierung, Priorisierung und Validierung erhobener Anforderungen hinsichtlich Konsistenz, Vollständigkeit und Realisierbarkeit
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen wie Fachkonzepten, Pflichtenheften, Mapping-Dokumenten und IT-nahen Konzeptionen
• Customizing der SAP-Module CML, CMS sowie BP gemäß den fachlichen Anforderungen
• Analyse von Geschäftsvorfällen und Zielwerten in sAFI inklusive entsprechendem Customizing zur Vorbereitung der IT-Umsetzung
• Unterstützung des Testmanagements sowie Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testfällen und Regressionstests im SAP FRDP-Umfeld
• Vorbereitung von Rollouts durch Pflege des Backlogs, Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Einführung sowie Erstellung von Anwendungsdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen

Muss-Anforderungen

• Ca. 3-7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bankensektor
• Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Anforderungsanalyse (Identifikation, Strukturierung und Aufbereitung)
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der methodengestützten Geschäftsprozessanalyse (z.B. nach BPMN) und fachlichen Datenmodellierung
• Expertise in der Erstellung strukturierter Dokumentation wie Lastenheften und Fachvorgaben
• Erfahrung im fachlichen Design von Management-Informationssystemen
• Sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse in SAP S4/HANA (insbesondere FI, CO, MM, BP) sowie CML und CMS
• Ausgeprägte Expertise in der Analyse von Geschäftsvorfällen und Zielwerten in sAFI inklusive Customizing
• Fundierte Erfahrung im SAP-Customizing sowie im Umgang mit HANA-Berechtigungen (Privilegien und Rollen)
• Sehr gute bankfachliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Rechnungswesen, Meldewesen, Geschäftspartner, Data Warehouse oder Förderkreditgeschäft

Kann-Anforderungen

• Erfahrung mit PowerDesigner, Fiori und Digital Access
• Know-how im Testmanagement, insbesondere bei der Testfallerstellung und Testdurchführung im SAP FRDP-Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse, in Retests sowie in der Durchführung von Regressionstests
• Sicherer Umgang mit SPIRA und tiefgehende JIRA-Kenntnisse
