Senior Analyst Controlling / Plant Controlling (m/w/d)

Für einen international tätigen Industriekunden in Hamburg suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung kurzfristig Unterstützung im Bereich Controlling / Operations Finance.

Die Position ist zunächst auf ca. 5-6 Monate angelegt. Da eine feste Stelle nachbesetzt wird, besteht grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit einer späteren Übernahme. Parallel sucht der Kunde jedoch auch in Festanstellung. Gesucht werden daher ausdrücklich Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten, die kurzfristig verfügbar sind und eine Tätigkeit im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung aktiv mitgehen möchten.

Aufgaben

• Finance Business Partnering für den Operations- bzw. Produktionsbereich
• Analyse von Produktionsabweichungen, Kostenentwicklungen und Effizienzkennzahlen
• Vorbereitung und Moderation regelmäßiger Performance Reviews inklusive Root-Cause-Analysen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
• Unterstützung von Initiativen zur Margen- und Produktivitätssteigerung
• Verantwortung für produktbezogene Kalkulationen und Product Costing nach IFRS
• Identifikation relevanter Kostentreiber in Stücklisten, Arbeitsplänen und Routings
• Durchführung des Kostenstellencontrollings im Manufacturing-Umfeld
• Mitarbeit an Budgetierung, Forecasting und Mehrjahresplanung für Operations, Investitionen und Headcount
• Analyse und Kommentierung des monatlichen Reportings sowie Unterstützung im Monatsabschluss
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Reporting-Prozesse
• Fachliche Anleitung von Werkstudierenden im Rahmen von Closing- und Budgetprozessen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Relevante Berufserfahrung im Operations Controlling, Plant Controlling, Produktionscontrolling oder inventory-nahen Accounting
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Produktkalkulation und produktionsbezogenen KPIs
• Praxiserfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA im Controlling-/Costing-Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Produktkostenkalkulation ist ausdrücklich erforderlich
• Sehr gute Excel- und Modellierungskenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit Monatsabschluss, Forecasting, Budgetierung und Reporting
• Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Daten-/Prozessbezug
• Hands-on-Mentalität und pragmatischer Arbeitsstil
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
