Demonstrated ability to provide strategic technical leadership on extraordinarily complex developmental efforts, rapidly delivering innovative solutions that close critical warfighter capability gaps and improve overall naval mission effectiveness. 2. Innovation, Communication, and Cross-Enterprise Influence: Proven record of creative problem-solving, correcting deficiencies, evaluating alternatives, and developing viable, cost-effective approaches to addressing mission capability shortfalls. Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts at the highest levels, build and lead multidisciplinary teams, and achieve distinguished professional recognition through publications, patents, honors, and prestigious awards.
