Aufgaben

• Du repräsentierst die LBS Hessen-Thüringen, setzt deren Vertriebsstrategie operativ um und vertrittst ihre Interessen am Markt gegenüber den Verbundpartnern, vor allem den Sparkassen.
• Du analysierst Dein Gebiet im Hinblick auf seine vertrieblichen Potenziale, leitest daraus Vertriebsmaßnahmen ab und bist verantwortlich für deren Realisierung im Bereich des Finanzierungs- und Bauspargeschäfts.
• Du gewinnst neue Handelsvertreter:innen, stellst deren strukturiertes Onboarding sicher und entwickelst diese individuell langfristig weiter.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Handelsvertreter:innen in Deinem Gebiet, indem Du diese fachlich, verkäuferisch und methodisch auf dem Laufenden hältst und professionell förderst.

Qualifikation

• Bankausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Bankwesen (Qualifikation nach §34i Wohnimmobilienkreditrichtlinie EU 2014/17)
• Bereitschaft zur Gewerbeanmeldung §§ 34c und 34i GewO - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Finanzierungs- und Bausparlösungen und / oder im Immobilienbereich
• Führungserfahrung, Eigeninitiative und Dynamik - Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern und für sich zu gewinnen.
