Für ein international tätiges, inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen aus der Spezialchemie suche ich in direkter & exklusiver Zusammenarbeit einen SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) für den Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain.

Aufgaben

• Prozessverantwortung — Du betreust und entwickelst die logistischen SAP-Prozesse entlang der Supply Chain weiter – konzeptionell und operativ, nicht als reine Schnittstellenrolle.
• Customizing & Design — Du analysierst, gestaltest und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse und übernimmst das modulübergreifende Customizing, inkl. Support und Testing – mit Schwerpunkt SAP EWM.
• Projekte — Du arbeitest aktiv in SAP- und IT-Projekten mit und übernimmst dabei perspektivisch auch Teilprojektleitung – von Rollouts bis Optimierungsinitiativen.
• Enablement — Du arbeitest eng mit Key Usern und Fachbereichen zusammen, übersetzt Anforderungen und bringst die Anwender fachlich weiter.
• Brücke IT ↔ Business — Du bist die Verbindung zwischen IT und Logistik/Supply Chain und sorgst dafür, dass beide Seiten dieselbe Sprache sprechen.

Qualifikation

Ausbildung/Studium — Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld plus mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.

SAP-Erfahrung — Fundierte Erfahrung in der SAP-Modulbetreuung, idealerweise mit Projekterfahrung in SAP EWM (MM von Vorteil).

Arbeitsweise — Strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit dem Anspruch, Prozesse zu durchdenken statt nur abzuarbeiten.

Kommunikation — Du koordinierst sicher zwischen IT und Fachbereich und kommunizierst klar in alle Richtungen.

Sprachen — Sehr gutes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
