Robot Deployment Engineer (w/m/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• Du nimmst unsere autonomem mobilen Roboter (AMRs) mit Aufgaben in den Bereichen Hardware und Software in Betrieb, um zuverlässige Installationen vor Ort beim Kunden zu hinterlassen
• Du analysierst, diagnostizierst und löst anspruchsvolle und spannende robotische Problemstellungen und dokumentierst, sowie testest die umgesetzten Lösungen
• Du bewertest unsere stetig aktualisierten AMRs hinsichtlich Leistung, Stabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Projekt‑ und Entwicklungsteams, sowie ausgewählten externen Stakeholdern, zusammen
• Du bereitest mehrere AMR‑Demonstrationen vor und kümmerst dich um deren Inbetriebsetzung, sowie die Betreuung während weltweiter Events/Messen
• Du schulst Kunden und weitere Implementierungsteams im Umgang mit unseren Produkten
• Du unterstützt bei Bedarf unsere globalen Customer‑Support‑Teams
• Maximal 80% der Arbeitszeit wird bei unseren Kunden oder Events/Messen in Deutschland und anderen europäischen Ländern verbracht, während die restlichen 20% für die Weiterentwicklung der internen Tools und Prozesse im Head oder Home Office genutzt werden

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Robotik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Du hast einen in Deutschland gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
• Du kannst mindestens zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene Projekte mit mobilen Robotern vorweisen, vorzugsweise unter Nutzung von ROS
• Du bist fortgeschritten in Python und hast idealerweise auch C++ Kenntnisse
• Du bringst ein gutes Grundverständnis für Mechanik, elektronische Systeme, Netzwerke und Linux-Administration mit
• Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit GIT
• Du überzeugst mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität beim Angehen komplexer Probleme
• Du bist bereit, bis zu 80 % Deiner Zeit zu reisen – sowohl national als auch international
• Du bist verhandlungssicher in englischer Sprache und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
