Regulatory Affairs Specialist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (16-20 Stunden pro Woche)

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten, dynamischen und sympathischen Teams am Standort Hamburg suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Kollegin/Kollegen in Teilzeit mit 16-20 Stunden pro Woche.

Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation gemäß EU-MDR (Klasse IIa)

• Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten wie:

  • Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER)
  • Risk Management Files (nach ISO 14971)
  • Gebrauchsanweisungen und Kennzeichnungen (IFU, Labels)

• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit benannten Stellen und zuständigen Behörden

• Bewertung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Normen (primär MDR, aber auch weitere Ländermärkte wie Süd-Korea)

• Unterstützung bei globalen Neuzulassungen und Rezertifizierungen

• Unterstützung bei Änderungen (Change Control) und deren regulatorischer Bewertung

• Mitarbeit bei Post-Market Surveillance und Vigilanz (z. B. PMCF, Trendanalysen)

• Begleitung von Audits (ISO13485, MDR, KFDA etc.)

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement sowie mit unseren Teams aus Design und Produktion

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
• Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs für Medizinprodukte (idealerweise Klasse IIa oder höher)
• Gute Kenntnisse der EU-MDR (Verordnung (EU) 2017/745)
• Von Vorteil sind spezifische Erfahrungen in einem oder mehreren der Bereiche

• biologischer Bewertung (ISO 10993)
• klinischer Bewertung (MEDDEV 2.7/1 Rev. 4)
• Risikomanagement (ISO 14971)
• Usability (IEC 62366)
• Globale Registrierungen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke im interdisziplinären Umfeld
