Für unser Headquarter in Hamburg suchen wir dich als engagierten Sparringspartner im Bereich Finance & Accounting – mit analytischem Blick, Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse an internationalen Prozessen.

Als Teil unseres Finance-Teams übernimmst du Verantwortung für internationale Accounting-Prozesse und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz- und Reportingstrukturen mit.

#ArbeitenBeiDaVita: Das erwartet Dich

• Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und US-GAAP.
• Du wirkst aktiv am internationalen Reporting mit und arbeitest eng mit internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen.
• Du analysierst Finanzdaten, führst Kontenabstimmungen durch und klärst Bilanzpositionen eigenverantwortlich.
• Du entwickelst Accounting-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und bringst Ideen zur Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung aktiv ein.
• Du bearbeitest komplexe Fragestellungen im Bereich HGB und US-GAAP eigenständig und lösungsorientiert.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für SOX-relevante Themen und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Kontrollsysteme und Prozesse.
• Du begleitest Investitions- und Projektvorhaben als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Operations und Finance.
• Du arbeitest an internationalen Projekten, Sonderthemen und Ad-hoc-Analysen mit.
• Du bist Sparringspartner*in für den CFO, den Head of Accounting, das Controlling sowie weitere interne und externe Stakeholder.

#Team DaVita: Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Rechnungswesen.
• Idealerweise hast du eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) absolviert.
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und US-GAAP.
• Du bringst sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse mit und interessierst dich für Digitalisierung, Data Analytics und Prozessautomatisierung.
• Erfahrungen mit DATEV, Lucanet und/oder Oracle sind von Vorteil.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert.
• Du überzeugst durch Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke – auch in einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicher auf Englisch.
• Du denkst analytisch, hinterfragst Prozesse und hast Freude daran, Strukturen aktiv mitzugestalten.
• Du bist flexibel, belastbar und arbeitest eigeninitiativ.
