RECREATION ASSISTANT (GOLF OPERATIONS)

Knowledge of basic golf operations and recreation support functions. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of basic cash handling, resale inventory, and recordkeeping procedures. Knowledge of general office procedures and use of office equipment. Skill in the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet-based systems. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and apply established procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Ability to work independently on routine assignments and as a member of a team. This position is located at the Golf Course, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
