Mit einer Fertigungstiefe von rund 92 % produzieren wir den Großteil unserer Komponenten und Baugruppen selbst. Dadurch vereint unsere Produktion eine außergewöhnliche Bandbreite an Fertigungsbereichen unter einem Dach.

Dazu gehören unter anderem die Kunststoffverarbeitung, CNC-Bearbeitung, Schweißerei und Metallverarbeitung, Elektronikfertigung, Fahrzeug- und Komponentenmontage sowie verschiedene Vor- und Nachbearbeitungsprozesse.

Für diese vielfältige Produktionslandschaft suchen wir einen erfahrenen Prozessmanager Produktion (m/w/d), der Produktionsprozesse ganzheitlich betrachtet, Verbesserungspotenziale erkennt und gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen nachhaltig umsetzt. Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt auf der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen, der Steigerung von Effizienz und Produktivität sowie der Weiterentwicklung unseres KPI-Systems.

Aufgaben

• Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen über sämtliche Fertigungsbereiche hinweg
• Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigungsprozesse in den Bereichen: Kunststoffverarbeitung, CNC-Bearbeitung, Schweißerei und Metallverarbeitung, Elektronikfertigung sowie Baugruppen- und Endmontage
• Identifikation von Verschwendung, Engpässen und Ineffizienzen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unseres KPI-Systems zur Steuerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Effizienz
• Definition, Einführung und Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen
• Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Zeitaufnahmen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
• Unterstützung der Produktion bei Prozessabweichungen und Störungen
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Standards und Prozessdokumentationen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Fertigungsverfahren und Betriebsmittel
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Konstruktion und Produktionsleitung

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation. Alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld oder einer vergleichbar anspruchsvollen Serienfertigung.
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Prozessoptimierung.
• Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Weiterentwicklung und dem Monitoring von Kennzahlensystemen (KPIs).
• Sicherer Umgang mit Methoden wie Wertstromanalyse, Ursachenanalyse, 5 Why, Ishikawa oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen.
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Bereitschaft, regelmäßig direkt in der Fertigung zu arbeiten.
• Hohes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Produktionsabläufe ganzheitlich zu erfassen und zu bewerten.
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• REFA-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich.
• Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.
• Wünschenswert aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung: Chinesischkenntnisse
