Als Projektleiter:in arbeitest du direkt mit unseren Kunden zusammen – von der ersten Prozessanalyse bis zur Umsetzung intelligenter Lösungen. Du gestaltest die Zukunft der digitalen Welt – mit allem, was dazugehört: Projekten, Verantwortung, Teamgeist und jeder Menge Technologie. Aufgaben

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf dich:

Analyse, Verständnis und Optimierung komplexer logistischer Systeme

Du analysierst logistische Prozesse unserer Kunden und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen. Du nutzt Daten, um Optimierungspotenziale und Engpässe zu erkennen und Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern.

Nutzung innovativer Technologien

Du bringst Roboter, KI & Digitale Zwillinge in die Praxis und machst damit die logistische Abwicklung unserer Kunden zukunftsfähig.

Übernahme von Projektverantwortung

Du leitest eigenständig Projekte, koordinierst Projektteams unter Anwendung von agilen Methoden und stellst sicher, dass die Projektziele innerhalb des Zeit- und Budgetrahmens erreicht werden.

Integration unserer Lösungen

Du integrierst unsere Lösungen in bestehende IT-Systeme, insbesondere SAP.

Beratung und Schulung

Du schulst und berätst unsere Kunden, damit sie unsere Lösungen optimal nutzen.

Unterstützung von Marketing und Vertrieb

Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team mit deiner fachlichen Expertise bei Präsentationen und Angeboten

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Mathematik oder oder Vergleichbares
• 1 - 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
• Interesse an Robotik, Logistik und Produktion
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, konzeptionelles Denken und Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse
• Teamplayer mit Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Lernfreude und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Erfolgsorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft, Kreativität in der Lösungsfindung und die Fähigkeit Entscheidungen zu treffen
• Professionelles Auftreten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
