Ihre Aufgabe als Projektleiter (m/w/d) ist es, wirtschaftlich tragfähige PV-Konzepte für Industrie und Gewerbe vom Konzept über die Bauphase bis zur Fertigstellung Realität werden zu lassen.

Aufgaben

• Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung von Photovoltaikprojekten, von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme
• Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten, sowohl intern als auch extern gegenüber Kunden und Dienstleistern, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen
• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards durch regelmäßige Präsenz auf der Baustelle
• Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Projektkalkulation und Durchführung von risikobasierten Analysen, um potenzielle Probleme frühzeitig zu identifizieren und Gegenmaßnahmen zu ergreifen
• Lösung auftretender Probleme während des Bauprozesses und effektive Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern, um eine erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Erneuerbare Energien, der Elektrotechnik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, alternativ einen abgeschlossenen Meister / Techniker (m/w/d)
• Optimalerweise nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von Photovoltaikprojekten, idealerweise von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, unter Druck effektiv zu arbeiten
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen
• Hohe Motivation, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
