Diese Position richtet sich an Kandidat:innen mit mehr als 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung.

Die Gehaltsspanne liegt je nach Erfahrung zwischen 75.000 und 90.000 € brutto pro Jahr.

Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit, hybrid (mindestens 3 Tage vor Ort, bis zu 2 Homeoffice-Tage pro Woche).

Standort: Ehingen an der Donau, Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland.

Das Unternehmen spielt eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau des Hochgeschwindigkeitsinternets in unterversorgten Regionen in Süddeutschland und bietet die Möglichkeit, an groß angelegten, zukunftsorientierten FTTx-Infrastrukturprojekten mit hoher gesellschaftlicher Relevanz mitzuwirken.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung geförderter Breitband- und FTTx-Ausbauprojekte von der Planung bis zur finalen Abnahme
• Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten, einschließlich Tiefbauunternehmen, Planungsbüros, Kommunen und interner Teams
• Steuerung von Zeitplänen, Budgets, Qualitätsstandards und Förderkonformität über mehrere Projektphasen hinweg
• Begleitung und Überwachung von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeverfahren für Planungs- und Bauleistungen
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Projektberichte für das Management und interne Stakeholder
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation, Abrechnung und Einhaltung vertraglicher sowie förderrechtlicher Vorgaben
• Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Ausbau- und Infrastrukturprozesse

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit umfangreicher einschlägiger Erfahrung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Breitband-, Glasfaser-, Netzbau- oder Tiefbauprojekten
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektleitung, einschließlich Lieferanten- und Stakeholder-Managemen
• Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeverfahren im Infrastruktur- oder Bauumfeld
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; GIS- oder FTTx-Planungskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
• Bereitschaft, mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Ehingen zu arbeiten
